Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") with reference to current report no. 6/2022 dated 26.01.2022, containing dates of periodical reports publication in 2022, informs about change of date of publication of extended consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022.

The original publication date of the above report was 26 May 2022.

The new publication date has been set to 30 May 2022.

Other dates of periodic reports remain unchanged:

• 22 September 2022 - consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022;
• 24 November 2022 - consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2021.
