The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company") informs that on 14 December 2021 it received a resignation letter from Mr. Marek Skibiński from the Supervisory Board of the Company.
According to its content the resignation had an immediate effect.
Mr. Marek Skibiński has not indicated any reasons for his resignation.
