The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company"), has learned of the National Depository for Securities' ("NDS") Announcement ("NDS") No. 981/2023 on the conclusion, at the request of the Company, of an agreement for the registration with the securities depository of 400,000 rights to series P ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and ISIN code PLCPTRT00055.

The registration of the rights to shares is conditional and will take place within 3 days of the NDS's receipt of the decision to admit the aforementioned rights to shares to trading on the regulated market.
