Subject: Change of the publication date of the separate annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2022

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") with reference to current report no. 1/2023 dated 17.01.2023, containing dates of periodical reports publication in 2023, informs about change of date of publication of the separate annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2022.

The original publication date of the above reports was 31 March 2023.

The new publication date has been set to 6 April 2023.

Remaining dates of periodic reports remain unchanged:

• 29 May 2023 - consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023;
• 07 September 2023 - consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023;
• 28 November 2023 - consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023.
