The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) informs that on 13 March 2023 the Company became aware that on 10 March 2023 Krajowy Depozyt Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) published an announcement on registration of 41,019 series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company (“Shares”) in the securities depository.

Shares will be registered under the following code: ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

The date of registration of Shares in the KDPW securities depository will be 14 March 2023.
