The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that it received from Michał Walczak, Management Board Member, the notification regarding expiration of the registered pledge established on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation (information on the establishment of the pledge in shares was provided in current report no. 32/2022 dated 9 August 2022).
