Senior Scientist In Cell Biology

      Your main role will be design, execution and analysis of cell biology experiments with special emphasis on probing small molecule drug candidates in pathological cell lines (cancer and immune), as well as training and mentoring junior team members. Proficiency in microscopy or high-content screening techniques is considered as a great asset.


      Key responsibilities

      • Implementation of broad range of in vitro cellular assays
      • Support of low-to-high throughput screening drug discovery campaigns 
      • Establishing of HCS/HCA device and design of the workflow for oncology and autoimmune-oriented projects
      • Standardization, preparation and maintenance of pathological cell lines for drug discovery programs
      • Development and execution of experimental strategies for the identification of biomarkers, modes of action of therapeutics
      • Properly document and report the experimental findings and provide scientific contribution to research projects/programs in multiple disease areas
      • Training junior members of the team
      • Working closely with the other team members across the company


      • MSc in Biological Sciences or related disciplines and minimum of 4 years of relevant, professional experience in academia or industry, or PhD in Biological Sciences or related discipline, and 3 year of relevant experience


      • Experience in HCA/HCS techniques
      • Experience in analysis of battery of cell lines including pathological and primary ones
      • Technical knack
      • Analytical and problem solving skills
      • Experience with MS Office suite
